# Freelance mentor in Machine Learning, Statistics and Mathematics Mentoring an international student willing to learn more about Machine Learning and Statistics in general. I taught him some advanced probability, basic graph theory (definitions of graphs, trees, etc.), moderate linear algebra and calculus (inner products, Cauchy-Shwartz Inequality, gradient descent), helped him with his 2nd grade Probabilistic Graph Models course ([STT760 - Mathématiques pour l'intelligence artificielle](https://www.usherbrooke.ca/admission/fiches-cours/STT760)). At the time, I was an undergraduate that took the class early, and the mentored student was a graduate student.
